Ideal property & location

I was very pleased with this property. It's in a central downtown location within walking distance to UMB and UMMC campus, not to mention both Baltimore stadiums. Bit of a food desert as there are no major grocery stores, but the corner stores can hold you over when you need. Rarely had issues with parking, even returning at 10/11 pm. If the street was full, the area 5 parking permit applies to nearby streets (would highly recommend getting a temp permit). Surprisingly low road noise, although bedroom facing MLK is noisier than the back bedroom. Came equipped with the essentials (and non essentials like a blender and coffee machine). Front room little drafty in the winter but overall very cozy space. Responsive landlord. Not pictured in photos: hallway across from refrigerator leads to one bathroom and one bedroom facing MLK Jr. Blvd., and one bedroom straight back. In summary, I'd recommend this place!

Great place

I liked the place a lot! Great neighborhood with a strong community presence. If I were coming back to the area, I would definitely think about staying here again!

Great Baltimore place

Clean and spacious place. Area is safe to walk around. Walking distance from the pier and the baseball field. I never had an issue with street parking. Taylor communicates well and is always quick to address any concerns.

Great stay and very centrally located!

Impeccably clean and looked exactly like the pictures! I almost couldnt believe how cute this place was! Great stay for travelers looking for a comfortable home away from home feeling. The host was a great communicator and I felt very safe during my stay. Everything is in walking distance and there is so much to do and see nearby. The location was one of the best parts of my stay. All of my must sees were right nearby. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this stay to my friends and family visiting Baltimore this year!
