Home Away From Home

I lived in this cozy apartment for 3 months while completing a travel contract in Indianapolis. The location is perfect; just minutes from downtown and in a great neighborhood. Tom and Donna were wonderful hosts: extremely friendly, always available by phone or text, and full of great recommendations for things to do. They were incredibly kind throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short-term lease!

This place was great, and exceeded my expectations. It's a quiet and affluent neighborhood, and parking is off street!! The owners are wonderful people who are impossible not to love. The entire experience was highly positive, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was PRICELESS.

This property has everything going for it, including the privacy of a stand alone home with the character and connection to a historic neighborhood. With convenient driveway parking, this apartment has the additional space to feel roomy and comfortable within the near east city location. Restaurants, entertainment, biking and walking trails close-by. Responsive and friendly landlord. Close to best hospitals and healthcare in Indy.
