North Central Phoenix at Lookout Mountain

I loved my stay here! My son and I were in Phoenix for some medical treatment and this place was perfect. It was very clean and he has cleaning supplies for you to use during your stay. The space is great and the pictures are exactly what you should expect - no surprises. The kitchen has what you'll need and the shower was fantastic! Tim goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and asks for feedback on how to make it better for the next person which I really appreciate. The location is great also - the neighborhood is very quiet and if you like hiking this is perfect. This neighborhood has hills and if you walk up you'll have a great view of Phoenix and there are hiking trails a couple min walk away. You are 5 min away from everything you need, Super Target, multiple grocery stores, restaurants and all sorts of specialized places like salons , gyms and massage parlors. Jake is adorable and sweet. I also can't recommend this place enough.

T was a great, friendly host. The home is a 5 minute walk from Lookout Mountain. The neighborhood was gorgeous and great for walks, and there were plenty of stores and restaurants within a five minute drive. The unit was very clean and spacious, and it had all the appliances one could need. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had an awesome rain shower. I enjoyed a peaceful, quiet stay, and I would definitely look for this again if ever in the area.

This property is where you want to live while in Phoenix! It is very clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. The landlord is such an amazing person with a desire to make your stay the very best. This isn't your average studio apartment. Driveway parking, in-unit laundry, a private pool, and a host of other amenities complete your stay. When I return to Phoenix, this is where I'm going. Last but not least, you have to love dogs to stay here. The owner has the friendliest dog ever. I can't give this place enough stars!

This is a great property and a great host with a dog we came to love. We are not medical professionals but came upon FF as a last resort due to the 2023 Super Bowl frenzy. We are a retired couple in our 80s who wanted to spend our 14th winter in the Phoenix area. Our host accepted us and we felt welcome and made friends with our host Tim and his rescue dog J. If we needed something he was there for us. We were concerned because a washer/dryer was not in the amenities so he had one installed in the walki-n closet. What a blessing. We loved the Murphy bed. The kitchen was well equipped with a 2 burner induction countertop unit, an apartment size dishwasher, full size frig and large toaster oven that got a lot of use. All dishes and cookware was furnished. Bathroom sported a masarating toilet and a wonderful full size shower with a big rain shower head. We could go up on the roof garden and view other beautiful homes and Lookout Mt or sit outside our patio door. Pool!

Really can't speak highly enough about this property or the owner. Everything was taken care of and on the rare occasion I had an issue, T was more than attentive in ensuring the continued comfort of my stay. If you need short term accomodations in Maricopa, this property will exceed your expectations!
