Great place, Great Host!

Kathy is an awesome host, quiet place to stay, been here for 4 months. Bed is very comfortable and room is spacey with plenty of storage. There is a TV in the room with access to lots of apps, and live TV. Awesome place to wind down at the end of the day. Best place I have stayed at through furnished finder. Sam

Close to Hershey

Kathy was a great host. Very welcoming and flexible with my crazy schedule. Great location as well.

Great lady to rent from

Cathy is one of the better host I've honestly have stayed with & rented from. She's very down to earth, easy to talk to and deal with from a renters side of it. She makes you feel like you're part of her family, not just me but ALL her renters she makes feel that way. And in some regard, I truly do feel like we're family now cause she treats you as such and she'll do anything for you as best as she can to help you out. I have nothing but great respect and words for her & her family.

What More Could You Ask For?

Honestly, I feel so lucky to find a gracious, kind, and amazing host/landlady. At first, my experience at work was a little bit rough but coming "home" was a sense of peace I needed to continue my arduous work. Sure, there may be "cheaper" places out there, but a place where you can feel safe and cared for.. that's what I want. I ended up staying here for 6 months during my assignment. I've stayed at extended stays and apartments so I was nervous at first when renting a room. Not to brag, but Kathy is so warm and accommodating, I think I have been spoiled and now have a high standard when it comes to furnished finders. You would be so lucky to be hosted by her. She's quick to communicate with you and will quickly rectify whatever needs to get done. I cannot recommend her enough. You would be the one missing out.

A Gem

This was my first time renting a room vs apartment or house. I wasn't sure what to expect. Kathy quickly made me feel at home. It was great getting to know her and her mother. I plan to keep in touch. If I ever take another job in the area I would definitely rent from Kathy again. The house is in the country and is so quiet and peaceful. There is a variety of wildlife that was seen in the yard. The house is stylish. The bedroom and bathroom were private and cozy. This rental really is a gem.

Stayed for 9 months!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kathy's home during my travel nursing assignment, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. The location was idealclose to Hershey hospital where I worked, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that provided a much-needed retreat after long shifts - including amazing stargazing. The space itself was private and cozy, with all the amenities I could need. Kathy was super accommodating and helped me with anything I needed. What stood out the most was the hosts hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. We've developed a friendship since my stay. As a travel nurse, having a reliable and welcoming place to stay is crucial and if I come back to the Hershey area, there's no doubt I will be staying with Kathy.

Room

Kathleen was such a great host. She was very welcoming and very attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed. I felt like I was at home. She has the best hospitality ever. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing room.

The first day, I was warmly welcomed at the door and led to my amazing room. Everything was exactly how it looked in the photos. The house is always clean and quiet and it's walking distance to everything you need: hospital, grocery, restaurants, etc. Kathy provided the greatest Furnish finder experience I could ask for. She was a welcoming, helpful, friendly and considerate host. She would help me with anything I asked and genuinely cared about my stay. I felt safe and at home and looked at as a part of the family, I couldn't believe that I stayed for a year, I wanted to try it for a week but ended up staying for a year instead. Thank you Kathy for such an incredible stay, I really recommend her place to anyone and I will definitely be back.
