Luxury Rental 1 Bed-1 Full Size Office - Best Area Of Little Rock

I stayed here for 5 months in 2024. It was perfect and the landlord was easy to work with. I would definitely return if I take another contract in Little Rock.

Our stay

Stayed here for 4 months. The place is clean and sufficient. The immediate area isnt spectacular but we had no trouble. Appliances are very cheap, dishwasher didnt work for first month. No toaster. Very little silverware. Constant maintenance. Had an issue with maintenance person who stayed past 8pm and had an outburst when asked to finish at a later time. After initial lease term expired, needed to extend month to month. Explained very clearly that we may need to terminate early and asked twice to agree to early termination terms in writing. The landlord said its fine we will figure something out dont worry about it and never wrote out a new lease. Shortly afterwards we gave a 15 day notice, landlord said its fine no problem. 3 weeks later the Landlord took $800 out of deposit for cleaning fees, a comforter, and lent in dryer filter unclogging fee. When asked for a receipt for proof, landlord said I couldve kept all of it because you terminated early. Still have not received receipts.
