Large new Bathroom, small airbnb type mini kitchen area. Nice shiplap ceiling gives treehouse feel. Please note: no exterior entrance. You enter through downstairs of home, so you have full access to laundry room and kitchen downstairs

Note: This "studio apartment" is the entire self contained unit in the upstairs of my house. There is just no private entrance. Cozy and great location
I stayed here while moving to Atlanta from Austin. Laura was an amazing host and very communicative about the space. I loved the bathroom space and the beautiful breeze that blew through with open wimdows. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay
I've spent 3 months plus at Laura's and it was a amazing experience. The studio space is really big, comfortable and private, nice decor and the onsuite bathroom is amazing. Heating and air on top class built into the space. Plenty of flexibility to use the kitchen and laundry room. Nothing is too much, Laura's there when u need to get some shopping and give great advice when going out and about. Highly recommend 10 stars and a genuinely great person to help you find your feet in Atlanta. 5 min walk from Eastlake Marta, ample room for a car if you have one. Super safe neighborhood with fab food and drink options! I'll be back

Great place to stay! Super convenient location to Marta, quiet neighborhood, parking on property. Wonderful and responsive host. Full access to laundry and kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again!

Bungalow Beauty
I cant say enough wonderful things about this property!!! So very comfortable and quaint~ private and quiet. It is super convenient to everything as well as Emory University Hospital. The owner of the property resides there and is very respectful of your privacy and space shes also a great cook and will leave u little reminders of home in her refrigerator which was always a nice surprise! I would highly recommend this beautiful and cozy bungalow to anyone looking for a place to stay! I came to the area to work and left with a forever friend!!! STAY HERE!!! I promise u wont regret it!!!

A perfect stay!
This place is a gem!!! The pictures do not do it justice. The unit has ample space and is extremely comfortable and cozy. The bathroom is huge and there is tons of storage space. The unit has its own thermostat too. It's decorated with such warmth that I was always excited to come home each day. I'm a student and loved it so much that I worked from home a lot more than I had originally planned. L went above and beyond to make sure my stay was top notch. She was quick to respond and always friendly. During my stay, she was there if you wanted to chat but was always very respectful of my privacy and space. The location is also spot on. You can walk to downtown Oakhurst in ~10 minutes, and the area is super safe and quiet. I seriously LOVED my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Adorable, comfortable, cozy, private, spacious - perfect home away from home while traveling for work
My first allied health professional travel assignment came with many new adventures including securing a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay! L'S place checked all the boxes! There was parking right outside the back door which was very convenient. Use of the laundry room and kitchen really made my stay feel like being at home. L was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and provided a great list of local spots for eating, sightseeing, shopping and more! I highly recommend L'S space and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
