Terrific Stay

I had the good fortune of staying here for over a year and truly loved it. The condo is wonderful—comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything you might need for a longer stay. The location is excellent: close to the freeways for getting around San Diego, but also incredibly walkable, with easy access to Normal Heights, University Heights, and South Park. Brenna was a fantastic landlord. On the rare occasion something came up, she was always responsive and quick to help. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If the listing seems like a fit for what you’re looking for, you’ll be very happy here.

Great place!

Brenna was a great landlord. She is responsive and resolved our concerns in a timely manner. Her place is located in a nice neighborhood in the North Park area. Her unit also has access to an outdoor pool and a barbecue grill that we used often. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great 1 bed with designated parking in North Park

The apartment location was truly perfect, easily walkable for much of north park. Neighbors in the building were pleasant and friendly, was wonderful for having our dogs. Apartment is great and met all our needs. Bed was firm and comfortable, definitely slept well and better than a hotel! We appreciated the pull out, which was nice for our guests. The gym is small but functional and a total bonus. The sauna is inside the pool bathroom, and bc its hidden, no one was ever in there - nice bonus. B was extremely helpful and accommodating, the whole rental process was a wonderful experience. Cannot recommend the location enough, close to many freeways and access points to all part of the San Diego area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent stay with very kind and responsive Host

B was an excellent host. We loved walking the neighborhood. Great shops and restaurants within walking and it was very convenient having a designated parking space. The unit had an AC in the bedroom and a heater throughout; however, the condo is so temperate we didn't have to use it once. The patio was perfect. My dog loved resting on her dog bed out there during the day. There was plenty of space to store our belongings and we'd 100% look to rent again should we need a rental in SD. And to top it off B was very flexible with our check-out time and returned our full deposit in less than a week. Thanks B!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay B's North Park place! Highly recommend. Close to restaurants and parks and easy to get on the highway. The parking spot was a major plus! The building is safe and secure. Plenty of room and the couch is also a sofa bed! Laundry was in unit and in complex which was a nice bonus!
