Beautiful, Peaceful Stay with an Amazing Host

Great experience!!! We moved into this beautiful home at the end of winter, and it was truly the breath of fresh air we needed. Surrounded by nature, peace, and quiet, the space immediately makes you feel relaxed and at home. The mountain views and view of the French Broad River from the patio are absolutely beautiful and only get better as the seasons change. The home is spacious, open, and thoughtfully set up with great amenities, comfortable furniture, a private entrance, big patio, and two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The location is amazing and close to downtown Asheville, breweries, coffee shops, grocery stores, and great restaurants, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Sonja is an amazing host who truly cares about her renters experience. She communicates well and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and at home. We would definitely rent from her again and highly recommend this home!

Great space for traveling professionals!

Wonderful Stay Perfect for Traveling Professionals! We were two traveling nurses who stayed in this home for three months, and it was an absolute pleasure! The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel at home after long shifts. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to the hospital and local amenities. Our landlady was incredibly sweet and accommodating communication was excellent from start to finish. She was always quick to respond and went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. It truly made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend this home to any traveling professionals looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. We couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Lovely place!

This is a sweet apartment, very warm and cozy with everything you might need. The owner is very responsive and thoughtful. And the view! You can see the river, and the mountain, from everywhere in the apartment. Have your morning coffee out on the patio, where the sun is often very warm even in winter. A real sanctuary - highly recommended.
