Perfect "tiny home" for health care workers/students

I had the pleasure of staying here during my clinical rotation and had a great experience. The location was incredibly convenient—being so close to the hospital made my daily commute easy and stress-free. The studio had everything I needed, including a private bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and parking on the premises. As a student on a budget, these were huge wins. It was also located near plenty of restaurants and stores, making it easy to grab food or run errands. Paul was an excellent landlord—very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I never encountered any issues during my stay. Overall, this was a comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

A perfect casita, best I've stayed at

Paul has set up an absolutely ideal cottage in his backyard (full of fruit trees, if you're a fan of fresh grapefruit) and I was fortunate enough to be the inaugural guest. It's fully equipped with everything you'll need; kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and all the cutlery and tools / comfortable bed with multiple sets of sheets / washer and dryer in the unit / bathroom with a GREAT shower and on demand hot water / blazing fast wifi for all the streaming and work you might need to do / vacuum and cleaning supplies to keep the place tidy / and best of all it's the most serene quiet neighborhood I've experienced in my five months of hopping around LA. You're less than a mile from downtown Covina and it's an easy walk to shops and some damn good food. Paul was a great host quickly responding to any questions or requests I had. I absolutely would have stayed here longer if work had not sent me elsewhere. If I'm ever coming back through LA I'll certainly be reaching out again.
