2025 Review

Lovely! I was there for an internship, and the space was very homey and quiet, and I was often left to myself. Tenants and the landlord were very respectful and very kind to chat with. Amenities were included and worked great. Great experience living here, in a great location, walking distance to lovely areas in Palo Alto and Stanford campus.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

I have lived and rented in five different North American cities and this was by far my worst experience. Landlord will be all nice in the first week or so and afterwards, the true colors will show. She will make up new rules on a daily basis, blow up your phone if you're out past 9pm, and she keeps a window open the whole day with no screen cover so there is a constant supply of flies and insects coming inside the house. On top of that, she did return my full deposit without providing any sort of itemized reason as to why. Even though the listed rent says 1750, she WILL charge 1850.

Great stay!

I stayed at Samina's place for 3 months and had a great experience. She makes you feel welcome and is a great host. My room had a separate fridge and oven which was quite convenient.

Great host and living experience

Had a great experience living here. The host is super kind and friendly, and the room is spacious and nice as well. Location is great, near Stanford, the Palo Alto train station, and Palo Alto local bus. Would highly recommend!
