Awesome place to rent!

K was an amazing host! Beautiful 1 bedroom, quiet, respectful, quick to respond to questions and had a super cute little dog area fenced in! Highly recommend this place for short term or longer! I liked how she did the 30 day lease and was very accommodating!!

Travel Nurse Friendly - Great place!

I had an extremely lovely three month stay at K'S place. Her communication was stellar and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. There is not one single thing I found myself lacking during this stay; The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of gadgets and tools, there was cleaning supplies aplenty, linens, books, etc. The place is quiet and comfortable, with convenient off-street parking. Neighborhood felt safe and there's a co-op grocery conveniently nearby. I worked at the Masonic Children's Hospital during my stay and it took me ~11 minutes to get to work using side streets, a bit quicker via highway. Would definitely stay here again!

Really lovely apartment!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The apartment had all the amenities I needed during my two-month stay. I loved living there - I was especially excited about the beautiful wood floors, the large yard, the renovated kitchen and bathroom, and the abundance of windows (with nice views of nearby trees). The property owner K is super kind and responsive (and her dogs are adorable!). I'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a furnished place in a great location.
