Clean, comfortable with convenient location

Melissa and Mike are terrific hosts. The home is well equipped for short or long stays. The owners are very responsive if you need anything. The home is clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Wondeful

The house was great, with lots of space and a beautiful yard. The location in a safe neighborhood with easy access to the major highways so it was easy to get everywhere. The owner, her family and the friends that she has that live next door are all so kind and are willing to help if any issues arise. We absolutely will stay again if we are in the area!

Seriously the absolute best rental home EVER!

This was the first rental home for us on furnished findings and we were not disappointed! I am a traveler and my husband and 2 dogs travel with me. This home and the owners couldnt have been better for me and my three companions. Parks and hiking close! It went above and beyond out expectations and the owners are truly kind people. We had the air conditioning go out on the hottest day that we were there and while I was at work, my husband contacted the owner who made a phone call and had a repair person (who was on their way somewhere else) turn around and fix our air before they continued to their scheduled visit! It didnt take long for us to see these two are honest and hardworking people who have compassion and and care about their renters. They were a pleasure to rent from. Only negative thing is that now that I have rented from the BEST, no one else can compare! My standards have gone way up! Haha Thank you again M and M! We hope to rent with you again in the future!

The Perfect Stay!

I would love to say without exaggeration this was the perfect place to stay at. The Owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question. Personally this place felt like home since there were a lot of utilities already available (Kitchenware, blankets, towels, etc.) and the overall environment felt comforting. Very clean and freshly renovated everywhere, you can really tell the Owners put a lot of thought into this house and are passionate looking after it. The location is also perfect, very quiet at night, centrally located in Kennewick with plenty of stores nearby and food walking distance. Had no problems commuting to work and also very close to Columbia Park which has plenty of events going on time-to-time. If you are planning to have a good first-impression of the Tri-Cities area than this is the ideal cozy place to stay at hands down!

Amazing Gem in Tri-Cities

Calling this house home for the summer was one of the best decisions I could have made while living in the Tri-Cities. The owner is amazing, easy to contact and responds quickly. From the pictures, I did not know what the closet situation was but every room has a closet, with a hallway linen closet and another huge closet near the living room. Beds are comfy and the kitchen has all the gadgets you need. There are even board games here! There might not be much to do in Kennewick compared to a big city, but we were provided everything we needed and more for our stay. About 20 minute drive from PNNL and close to the river. I highly recommend and will be looking to rent again when in the area.
