Kay is an excellent host. I have extended twice and thankfully have been able to stay with her and Liza. I would absolutely recommend if you have a contract in St. Louis.

Brandon's Stay

I stayed at Kay's house while on a nursing contract at Barnes Jewish West County Hospital. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet and great for taking walks or riding a bike around while off work. Kay's house is great and she was even better, willing to help in any way to make the stay comforting! The basement is large and private. I could hardly tell that I was even sharing the home. The best part was coming home from busy days at work to be greeted at the door by Liza wagging her tail with excitement to see you.

Perfect Palace: Safe Suburban

Ms Ks place was an important aspect of my travel assignment in STL. Kay is welcoming, down to earth and made sure I felt at home. This is the first time I rented a room in a house and the experience was nothing short of perfect. I absolutely loved my time here because of Ks hospitality and the location. Quiet and serene! The basement quarters is roomy, quiet and private with a sliding door that steps out onto a patio. The condo is located in an upscale subdivision with quick access to the interstate, restaurants and every shop you would need. I would definitely book again should I get another travel nurse assignment in St. Louis.

GREAT PLACE!

This condo is so convenient to the interstate to get to the hospital. It was clean, easy entrance through the garage, which she let me use for just $100 more. It was so nice cause it rained one whole week I was there. Very roomy and comfortable space that afforded me plenty of privacy with my own bedroom, living space & bathroom in the lower level with a walkout entrance. Most importantly, the owner is so nice and easy to get along with. I freely used the kitchen for my own cooking & felt very comfortable doing so.

K was so welcoming and kind to me and my cat. Great area to live in and very comfortable room. She let me use the kitchen and laundry at any time and went out of her way to make it a great stay. Liza is a very friendly good dog. There is a sliding door in the basement room which leads to outside, which is great for pets. I would recommend this place to any travelling worker.
