Neighborhood overview
Oxford (Home of the original Emory University) is a very small city neighboring Covington (Hollywood of the South), Conyers (Home of the International Horse Park), and Social Circle. It's an extremely safe and quiet area with tons of trees and green space. Our property is about a 10-15 min drive to both Piedmont Rockdale and Newton Hospitals. We are also close to many corporations, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Amazing Experience
I couldn’t have asked for a better location, especially as my first experience living independent. Great access to the surrounding communities and communication is always seamless with the landlord. The family was extremely helpful and kind, and the space is only going to improve as it expands. There’s a lot that can be done to personalize the space while maintaining the integrity of the rooms, but everything you need is certainly already there. I would highly recommend any properties managed by these owners, and am grateful I got such a full experience during my stay.

Great Garage Studio
Great little studio. Stayed here for 10 weeks during summer internship and found it to be perfect. Kitchen is on the smaller size but I was still able to cook anything I wanted. Smart TV and washer/dryer are maybe the best parts. House is 15 minutes from town and in a very nice subdivision. Lee and her family are very kind and were quick to help me in any way. Highly recommend!

Cozy Cute Studio
The host is extremely nice and helpful. The house is only 15 minutes from the job. The place is cute and cozy with a working washing machine and dryer. Easy parking, with a great nature scenary. Spacious backyard with plenty of seating. Very clean and all items working properly in the home. I would highly recommend this home.

Quiet, private, safe retreat from work
The garage apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and exactly as described. The owners were great. They were responsive to any questions we had. The property is very convenient to Conyers, Covington, and Monroe. We typically drove no more than 10-20 minutes to almost anywhere we wanted to go. I would stay there again.

Clean, peaceful and safe!
Im happy to leave 5 stars! The studio is definitely adequate for a single traveler and having a washer and dryer in the unit is a REAL plus!! The landlord and her family are very pleasant and always available if needed! The property is beautiful and in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend this property and intend on returning for another stay in the not so distant future.
