The front part of the unit has 2 bedrooms, one King and one Queen with a bathroom in the center. The only part of the unit that will be shared is the kitchen. The Owners live in the back part of the unit. This is a perfect unit to share with a travel buddy. You will also have ample room if you want family and friends to visit during your contract.
