Modern touch!
Fully furnished with modern kitchen. Flexible landlord to help with living accommodations. Reasonable house rules to ensure quiet hours and cleanliness. Modern appliances with wifi, TV subscriptions, and Google home connectivity. Short walk to several bus routes to center city and south philly.

Spacious, Well-Equipped Home with a Fantastic Rooftop
I had a great experience staying here during my time in Philly. The place itself is very nicethe kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with plenty of appliances, the washer and dryer were right next to my room, making laundry super convenient, and the other housemates were all very kind. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, offering great views of the city in the distance. The landlady is very easy to communicate with and made sure I had everything I needed. She travels often and rarely uses the kitchen, so for long stretches, it really felt like we had the house to ourselves. The neighborhood is quite walkable, with a bus stop just a few steps away that takes you into Center City. There are a few restaurants nearby, and grocery stores are within a 20-minute walk. I walked around a lot and found it fine for getting around. Overall, its a really comfortable and convenient place to stay, and Id definitely recommend it!
