My husband, 6 month old son, and I stayed here for a few months while I was on rotation at Sacred Heart. Would 100% stay here again given the opportunity. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is within walking distance to a cute park. Trader Joe's and Safeway within walking distance as well. The landlord, Vince, was amazing and helped make us feel right at home for the short amount of time we were in Spokane. Don't skip out on this place!

Perfect Place

This 2 bedroom 1 bath in a triplex was perfect for my home away from home while on a travel nurse assignment. Its location is perfect! Not only from the hospitals (only a 10 min drive) but also for grocery shopping (only about 1-2 min drive to a Trader Joes or Safeway). There are several parks around the area to walk my dog ( Lincoln, Thornton Murphy, and Manito Parks). The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and access to the backyard from the deck was quick and easy for my dog. The rooms are a nice size with closet space and the bathroom is newly remodeled. Vincent was easy to get ahold of if I had any questions or concerns and was flexible to work with when it came to my extension and travel contract.
