Great Apartment, Great Amenities, Great Landlord

This apartment was perfect for my wife and our two dogs. Vincent, the landlord, was very helpful and communicative. The unit is fully furnished with comfortable beds, plenty of kitchenware, built-in streaming on the TVs, and fast, free Wi-Fi. The shared backyard still felt private and includes a covered seating area. The on-site washer and dryer are shared but free, which we really appreciated. The area offers quick food options, multiple grocery stores, and plenty of places to walk our dogs, including a nearby park we visited most evenings. Even though it's up on the South Hill, getting anywhere in town was easy with quick access to the freeway via Ray Street and a short walk to the bus transfer station. Overall, this apartment is a great choice for short-term lodging in the Spokane area.

Home away from Home

I had a great experience staying here with my boyfriend and our two small dogs. They loved the backyard space and all of the parks surrounding the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. Very close to Sacred Heart (10 mins) if you are contracted there. Vince was an excellent landlord friendly, highly communicative, and always quick to respond. He also shared lots of great recommendations for Spokane and the surrounding area, which made our stay even better. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

My husband, 6 month old son, and I stayed here for a few months while I was on rotation at Sacred Heart. Would 100% stay here again given the opportunity. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is within walking distance to a cute park. Trader Joe's and Safeway within walking distance as well. The landlord, Vince, was amazing and helped make us feel right at home for the short amount of time we were in Spokane. Don't skip out on this place!

Perfect Place

This 2 bedroom 1 bath in a triplex was perfect for my home away from home while on a travel nurse assignment. Its location is perfect! Not only from the hospitals (only a 10 min drive) but also for grocery shopping (only about 1-2 min drive to a Trader Joes or Safeway). There are several parks around the area to walk my dog ( Lincoln, Thornton Murphy, and Manito Parks). The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and access to the backyard from the deck was quick and easy for my dog. The rooms are a nice size with closet space and the bathroom is newly remodeled. Vincent was easy to get ahold of if I had any questions or concerns and was flexible to work with when it came to my extension and travel contract.
