Peaceful and spacious apartment retreat in beautiful neighborhood

I’m so happy I found Danika and Jeb’s rental. I needed a place to stay while exploring the Nashville area. They were amazing hosts with answers to my questions, warm and gracious too. If I’m ever in need of housing again, I will definitely stay with Danika and Jeb again! Thank you so much!

One of the best places I've stayed! This is a beautiful home in a great community with everything you will need for a great experience! Danika and Jeb are excellent hosts who were very friendly, caring and accommodating throughout my stay here. I recommend them 100% and wouldn't hesitate to request a stay again if I'm ever in Nashville!

Amazing stay.

Loved the property. One of the best places I have stayed since using furnish. Owners work with you, property is clean and quiet. Best place in Nashville for price. I will miss it there. Literally wil try to stay there if I do come back!!!

Fantastic Apartment

Where to begin... The apartment is incredibly spacious, clean and very comfortable. It does not feel like you are in an apartment. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Great for walking or running. Plus, Danika and Jeb were simply amazing! They were both so kind, warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful! I am grateful to have gotten to know them both. This was my first time doing a travel assignment and first time down in Nashville, I could not have wished for a better place! I was sad to leave but I was so happy to have found such a great place.

Absolutely wonderful

I am a travel nurse who has been staying at this property since last Feb.The apartment is absolutely wonderful, spacious and in a beautiful area. 1 spacious bedroom with a full bath and a half bathroom. The living room is very spacious as has a full kitchen. Not too far from the hospitals, lake, golf course and only 20 mins from downtown. Lots of shopping nearby as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The landlords were very accommodating and always tended to my questions and or needs when it came to the property! Very mindful of me staying and always updated me when anything was going on. I am so sad to leave this place, but I am happy I was given the opportunity to rent from them and get to know them as well. If I could stay forever, I would. They are wonderful people and I highly recommended staying here! You will not be disappointed!!
