Wonderful stay in Squirrel Hill!

I had a great stay in this apartment in Squirrel Hill. I was there for about 5 months, and it was a very comfortable home base as I settled into the city. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms with lots of space, as well as a light-filled dining room and living room. It's easy to get from the apartment to Pitt and CMU, as well as to grocery shopping in the center of Squirrel Hill. Vicky is an excellent and very responsive landlord. Highly recommend!

Great location and quiet

Property description is spot on: location is perfect. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Lots of flowers, a pleasure to walk around. House is well-maintained: great wooden floors, radiators keep the place warm, tub is clean and sealed well, etc. Check out the wallpaper in dining area. Landlord installed Ring video doorbells on both front doors shortly before I moved out, they don't appear to be listed or shown in the pics. Landlord lives below on first floor. She was easy to work with, responsive, and just overall a great neighbor. Two window AC units were provided, I only see one in the pics. Parking is on street and free; I usually got a spot in front of the house and always on the block. Washer and dryer are in basement, accessible by back (indoor) stairwell from kitchen. They are older units but effective and fast. Dishwasher is a beast, runs full cycle in 40 minutes. House has third floor which is accessed occasionally by landlord and occupied for short periods when her kids visit.
