Small house adjacent to main home in SW Portland. House is approx. 200 sq ft, with 14 ft ceilings, and includes full bath, Murphy bed, sofa, full kitchen, air conditioning, hardwood floors. Conveniently located less than 5 mins from Hillsdale and Multnomah Village (30 mins walking and easy bus access for those w/out car).
Neighborhood overview
We are located on a quiet u-shaped street in SW Portland between Multnomah Village and Hillsdale. Our neighborhood is very friendly and everyone on the street gets along! It's a very safe part of town and we are located right at the foot of amazing city walks/hikes as well as about 10-15 minutes from downtown, NW PDX and SE PDX. There are people of all ages on the street, as well as many kids ages 1-13 ish.

Cute Tiny House in Portland
Cute little space in Portland! Even though it's small, this tiny house is tastefully updated with plenty of storage for a short term stay. The location is excellent, being close to the hospital and other amenities while still being tucked away on a quiet street. The couch in the photos is no longer there, and the bed is a murphy bed so just keep in mind it won't be super comfortable long term. Laundry is also available in the owner's home, which can feel a bit awkward to intrude but they are very friendly and easygoing. Overall, I would recommend this space for a short term stay in Portland.
