Bright, Modern Condo

The cutest condo with everything you need, including linens, towels, kitchenware, cleaning supplies and a tv. The home looks exactly like the pictures! The best part was the location, right behind Trader Joes and Vons and 25 minute walk to the beach and the bay. The garage parking is on the same floor and is very close to the condo. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for a month and it was so hard to leave! The location is amazing and the place was so clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Great spot

This apartment was perfectly located with a lot in walking distance including the bay, the beach and shops/restaurants. The local area in PB was safe for midday or evening walks. Covered parking spot included was a great perk. Apartment was nicely decorated and the complex has good amenities and greenery!

Beautiful Condo

I loved renting this Condo! It has an open and airy living space that offers natural light with a comfy sofa and flat screen TV. The bedroom provides a super large closet and dresser and the mattress was extremely comfortable. I cooked my meals in the well-equipped kitchen that has all the necessities for home-cooked meals. I loved the private patio as it provided a nice spot for morning coffee and easy access to the pool. I enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and fitness center and all were clean and easy to access. The washer and dryer in the building was close to the unit and I never had to wait for any machines as they have them on every floor of the building. Its prime location provides easy access to grocery stores, CVS, dining and the beach. The Owner provides a Key FOB for easy access into the Complex as well as garage door opener for secure parking which was super convenient. She quickly responded to any text I sent and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Awesome stay

Property is located in a really cute and quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Unit is beautiful, updated, clean and organized. Owner provided fresh clean bedding for both the bedroom and living room sofa. Cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, beach equipment and laundry equipment were also included. Laundry room units were easy to use. We loved having direct access to the pool! Would definitely stay again next trip!

Great Apartment!

Great new apartment with everything youd need for a comfy stay! Easily walkable to coffee shops, grocery stores, kate sessions park and the beach! A & L were also lovely hosts that were always making sure my stay was perfect.

Great apartment! Clean, easy and great location

This apartment is great. A larger one-bedroom that is easy to work from. The pull-out couch is great for when you have guests. The community is nice with access to pool, hot tub, gym, and billiards. A is great and very communicative. Cannot recommend this apartment more.
