Convenient Location.

The apartment was tidy not clean as there were long stands of blonde and black hair, dusty cabinets and furniture, and the bed linen smell used and not washed. The apartment is nicely or strategically decorated with a large fur rug to hide the cracks in the flooring. If your not a morning person or work night shift, I would not recommend this apartment. There is no curtains to block the sunlight... rise and shine lol. The location of the apartment is convenient and I have no complaints there. The landlord F T, is a nice lady but is a poor business woman and does not know how to communicate clearly and effectively. To the day January 7th 2023 I have yet to receive my security deposit. I would just stay somewhere else to avoid the headache to try to get my deposit back. I returned the apartment back to her in better condition than it was received which she even complimented when I returned the keys to her.

Excellent location, in pristine condition

The space is clean and very well cared for. The location blocks from downtown Burien was ideal. Communication was prompt and thorough. The unit was spacious and I loved having breakfast on the balcony/patio. Thank you!
