Strongly recommend!

I stayed in the studio for 9 months, it was perfect! Don/Rebecca were phenomenal landlords, they were very responsive and laid back. The location's perfect, close to hospitals and only 15min from downtown. Parking's never an issue, I always had a spot in front of the house. It was safe leaving parked while travelling too. The amenities were perfect for one. There's a QFC in walking distance, tons of cafes/restaurants nearby, walking to Fremont and Gasworks Park were my favorite activities! I felt safe as the neighborhood is clean and family-friendly, and having Matt on the floor above always made me feel extra safe! He was available and responsive for any on-site needs, super communicative and a great housemate. This studio is perfect for travel nurses visiting Seattle, it's close to the city's attractions and driveable. I enjoyed my stay so much and I would come back to this studio if I have the opportunity again in the future! Thank you Don, Rebecca and Matt for an amazing stay!

My best Furnished Finder experience

I can't say enough good things about this apartment and it's owners! All my friends I made in Seattle were jealous of the great location and cool interior. The landlords are incredibly helpful and kind people, and it's such a safe and friendly neighborhood. As a single woman I never felt unsafe in the apartment or nearby. The location is ideal to get everywhere quickly and parking is easy here. I didn't want to leave Seattle largely because I never wanted to leave this apartment and the lovely family you get to rent from.

Amazing Wallingford Studio

Loved my time at this apt. The space is a basement unit, and you have the whole floor to yourself with the W/D was on the same floor. It was super clean and had all the appliances you will need. The TV was brand new, and I was able to sign on to my streaming apps. I enjoyed the little office space too. I could tell that the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this space a comfortable experience for travelers. Best part is that it's close to UW medical center where I had my assignment. I walked every day to work (avoiding parking garage fees). Also, I never had trouble finding a parking spot on the street and felt safe having my car parked for extended periods of time without needing to move it. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes around so you never have to travel far to get what you need. Would absolutely love to stay here again. D and R were the most gracious hosts ever. Thanks for everything!
