Very convenient location, gorgeous property, comfortable and clean space. The landlord is wonderful, the apartment was so nice, safe, and comfortable! Highly recommend this place!

Great stay for professionals

I needed a short term furnished lease for a new job in STL. This is a very convenient location to and has ample parking. Mostly working professionals and medical residents it seems like in the building. Gym and laundry and rooftop pool were nice. Close walk (12mins) to the metro station to get to the airport. I liked there were 2 EV chargers I could reserve parking for. Private Garage access was a big peace of mind

Awesome Hospitality

T hospitality was phenomenal, any maintenance issues that occurred it was taking care of immediately. This apartment was so beautiful felt like home away from home the sense of security with garage access and to top it off it was close to everything, from the stadium to restaurants and a quick and easy commute to and from my assignment. I would definitely recommend this location.

Beautiful, quiet place

Loved living here. Everything is modern and upscale. The price point is great for as many amenities are included! Gated parking is also included! The management staff were wonderful. Cant say enough great things. Enjoyed my stay here.
