Private room and bath with shared spaces in a convenient location

Great find!

If you are looking for a rental close to every day needs , local hospitals, and at a decent price- this is the place. It is the entire place. You have a parking space, you can bring your furry friend, and there’s a washer and dryer. This home is equipped -not just with every day needs like cookware, cleaning supplies, etc, but the room you stay in is made with a night shift traveler in mind. Black out curtains that WORK, a comfortable bed and pillows. I comfortably stayed in Ben’s place the entire 4 months I was there. I had one issue with the garbage disposal- I let Ben know- it was fixed by the following day. While I was working at community hospital, st. Mary’s is even closer for those who are taking assignments there. You also cannot beat the price he’s asking for. If I ever take another assignment in GJ, I hope this property is available as I enjoyed my time in this home away from home. Thanks for everything Ben!

Such a great rental. Ben is very attentive and very quick to respond. The place is very clean, spacious, and modern. Has plenty of storage, too. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Felt very safe and had quiet neighbors. Plenty of good food options close by as well. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Quiet Condo

Amazing rental. A big thank you to Ben Homes for providing the perfect rental property. I travel for work and was able to stay in his Condo for my 13 week assignment. It had everything I couldve needed along with his advice on different hiking trails. Along with friendly neighbors it is an also a very quiet community. I worked shifts from days, evenings to nights and never heard a sound. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Grand Junction.

Great place with everything you need

I stayed at this property in September and October of 2023 and really enjoyed my time there. I dont really eat out much and this kitchen had everything I needed. In unit laundry was great to have and the machines worked perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and I never had any noise issues which was great for anyone who sleeps in like me. The owner, B, was also very accommodating and responsive whenever anything came up. He kept the place clean and tidy and cleaning supplies were there for when I needed them. I definitely will be staying here again for my next Grand Junction stay.

great dog friendly place centrally located

recently updated with a modern bathroom, newer floors, newer paint, etc. nice appliances, nice washer and dryer and dog friendly! centrally located so it was easy to go in any direction to get where I needed to go. it was very clean when I arrived, and anything that I had a question or issue with, the owner was very quick to resolve.

Feels like home

This property is clean and well maintained. It is centrally located in a quiet community close to Walmart and several restaurants, 2 minutes from West Springs Hospital. The apartment features an updated private bathroom, state of the art washer and dryer, induction cooktop range and large refrigerator. The bedroom has a window that allows light to fill the room, blackout drapes and filter shades are there for daytime sleeping. The owners are gracious hosts, responsible, respectful and polite. They promptly respond to messages and missed calls. It was a pleasure staying in the apartment and would gladly do so again.

Great place!

This property was appealing and very clean; loved the updated bathroom. Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Location was convenient and quiet. Owners were super nice, considerate, respectful, quick to respond, and always willing to help in any way. Definitely recommend!
