Lovely home and landlord

We stayed here for several months while working as travel nurses in Redding. The home was easy to keep cool or warm depending on the season. The back yard was great for the dogs. The neighborhood is walkable and great for walking our dogs. If you are a night shift worker I highly recommend a white noise machine as there are some very rambunctious kids next door...definitely not any fault of the landlord at all- just how it is. It's nothing some white noise can't drown out. All the neighbors are very sweet as well. The landlord was amazing and super helpful and always responded quickly with any needs. Also- the beds are super comfortable and having a carport to park under was awesome! Highly recommend this home!

Relaxing Redding Retreat

We stayed in K's beautiful home for 3 months but we wish we couldve stayed longer. We absolutely loved our time in Redding and in this Garden Tract house. It had everything we needed and more! We really felt at home here. It was very cozy and comfy, the perfect place to relax after a long day at work. Tons of closet space! The beds were heavenly. We also had our 2 dogs with us and we all loved the backyard. This house was in the perfect location. The neighborhood was adorable, people were very friendly, and we loved how close we were to everything here! We were actually able to walk to work at Shasta Regional and Downtown Redding. We were only 5 minutes from any store you could think of. There were tons of parks, lakes, and great places to take the dogs. K was an amazing host! She was super responsive and helpful. She even brought us over Christmas cookies and treats so sweet of her. She really made our time in Redding memorable.
