Fantastic space, location & landlord

I was fortunate enough to to stay in this lovely space for 3x longer than originally planned. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with everything you need just a few minute drive away; also a convenient store, pizzeria and brewery within walking distance. (Highly recommend the brewery!) The space is comfortable and was perfect for what I needed. Lots of storage space and for being a basement apartment there is significant natural light if you open the curtains. Justin is also a fantastic landlord, whenever I had a concern or issue he handled it immediately and professionally, even from across the country at times. 10/10 stay; would recommend. If my job hadn't transferred me, I'd had stayed through the rest of my contract.

Great Rental!

This unit is very spacious and clean! Its centrally located so easy to get to the highway and grocery stores, shopping and hiking trails. Takes me about 15/20 min to get downtown for work. I have felt very comfortable here. I have felt safe in this neighborhood. The bed is sooo very comfortable, that is very important to me. Plenty of closet space. Cute backyard, although since its was winter I didn't utilize it. Full size washer and dryer in a great laundry room. it was easy to coordinate use with the upstairs neighbors. R and J were great to work with, they made the process stress free and had great communication. I would definitely rent from them again if in the area.
