Great second floor apartment
Hi I stayed in this house for four months and absolutely loved my time there. Leslie, Joe and the entire family were very helpful and responsive to all my needs including installing a dryer to go with the washing machine per my request . Its a cute second floor apartment and has everything you need. Highly recommend

Best Owners and Home from home
I have been bless to find this charm. The owners are beyond awesome and the apt is very clean and nicely decorated. I really felt at home, the owners look out for their tenant and they checked in with me from time to time. As a female on a travel assignment all by herself they ensure that I was okay and safe. Don't think twice go head and rent this place you wont regret it!!!!

Great location, perfect space
I have loved staying in this space, L and J are wonderful. The location is perfect: quiet, safe, cute neighborhood. Very close to the hospital, and safe/close enough to walk to St Joseph's, even at night. This space is ideal for resting and recharging after work. My favorite part as a night shift worker is the lighting, every light dims, and has the option for what I call "night shift light". Everything is comfortable and cozy, from throw blankets to lots of pillows.

Great experience
I had planned to only stay for 3 months and ended up staying for 6! It was a great experience. The place is very comfortable, you have the entire upper floor to yourself with a private entrance. The kitchen is newly updated with a set of pots/pans and dining ware. There is a lady who lives below you who is very nice and quiet. Theres a TV in the living room and the bedroom has plenty of drawers and closet space. There is a small washing machine and no dryer, however the owners (middle-aged husband and wife) kindly offer to wash towels and sheets for you. The owners are very nice and responsive to you. You also have your own parking spot in the driveway. This place was plenty of room for 1 person and Id definitely recommend living here!
