Condo in Gated Community with Year-Round Heated Pool

Perfect location, wonderfully appointed

The place was just perfect and had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds, plenty of bedding and towels, and a nice loft/office space equipped with a printer and extra monitor. We also loved the location! Across the street from Depot Park, right next to Neary Lagoon, a few blocks either way and you're at the beach, the boardwalk, or right in downtown. There was also a lovely pool and spa, but it never got too loud or rowdy. And we enjoyed hearing kids and families play in the pool in the early afternoons. Last, there was a perfect enclosed garage space, as well as ample parking for guests.

Stay in SC

My roommate and I could not have asked for a better place to stay the past 6 months. If you're coming to Santa Cruz for any reason, you would be so lucky to stay here if it's available. The location simply can't be beat you can walk downtown, to the boardwalk, to west cliff, and karaoke (our personal favorite find). Not only is the location great but Lisa has spoiled us by being an amazing landlady. She is so responsive and understanding. The one issue we had during our stay, she had someone out within an hour of telling her. It is also a gated community, and as 2 girls in our 20s we never felt unsafe. Truly an unbeatable stay.
