Second Location was Great!!

Very nice location and neighborhood! As a medical student from NY doing an observership at NCMC, Josephine was so helpful in setting me up well in Greeley. Her place was rented so she set me up at her sister's rental unit just five minutes away. Super lovely, and welcoming! The space was super clean, quiet, I felt right at home. They answered any and all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Would recommend

I stayed at a second location since this one was taken but it was just as nice and the host was very friendly. Shared space upstairs at the entrance which wasn't an issue and I had the entire basement with a very nice bathroom to myself. I stayed for about 2 and a half months during my externship at NCMC. Would recommend.

Excellent location and space

Very nice location in a neighborhood. J is a wonderful hostess and even though there is shared entrance to space it was never a concern and my space was the entire basement and was very private. Stayed for a couple of months and would have stayed longer if my contract hadn't ended.

Wonderful Greeley Property

The space is just as described in the listing. This basement apartment is spotless and Jo is always available if you need anything. I felt at home my entire time in Greeley. The property is in a nice, safe neighborhood where I was able to go for evening walks. This space was so clean when I arrived and the whole inside and outside of the home is well maintained. The bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable and the whole space had plenty of storage. This property is an excellent value.

Home miles upon miles from home

I loved staying at Josephine's place. She was very welcoming to me and my dog. I lt was conveniently located at only took me minutes to get to the hospital I was working at. It is near a major highway, I-34. I had plenty of space and felt at home. Laundry is shared but the machines are top of the line. J is always open to answer questions and help with any concerns that arised. I would stay here again in an instant.

Home away from home

My dog and I both loved it at J'S house. It was perfect for the both of us. It was cozy and spacious and had everything I needed and more. J was also so easy going that she literally became a second mom to me as we became so close. I enjoyed coming home after a long day at work and telling her how my day went and catching up before I went downstairs to the apartment I was renting from her to disappear for the night but J is also the type of person who will give space if you simply don't want to talk, but it was great having not only the comfort of my own private space whenever I wanted it but if I felt lonely or wanted a friend to talk to, J was upstairs and always willing to talk and was friendly too. If I ever get an assignment there again, I will always reach out to Jo to see if she's available. I had such a great stay while I was there that was easily affordable and a great deal and close to everything, and left having another family. Thank you so much J!
