Swan pond summer stay

Phil was an amazing landlord and extremely responsive. The stay is as pictured. We stayed here for the summer and it was a very safe, convenient location. We were able to take our bikes to the rail trail, or a little further bike to the beach as well as an easy drive to get onto Rt. 6 for our commute to Hyannis. The home has a nice front/side yard and included a grill which was so nice for summer. The kitchen has updated appliances however fridge and dishwasher as well as washer and dryer are a smaller size however still worked just fine for us. Definitely would recommend this stay for travelers looking for housing in the Dennis area.
