Above and Beyond in Every Way

I had such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, he was kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was comfortable and seamless for me. Any time I had a question or needed help, he was always willing to step in with a solution and a good heart. The space itself was already amazing, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the level of support and integrity behind it. It’s rare to find someone so attentive, professional, and compassionate. I’m incredibly grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend without hesitation!

Excellent place!

I can't say enough good things about Wondwossen and my experience staying at this unit - it was the best possible situation I could've asked for. Wonde is everything you could want in a host -- good communication, welcoming, attentive, respectful, and kind. The room was spacious, offering ample closet space, storage space under the bed, and drawer space. The TV in the room was great, and I never had any issues with Wi-Fi, even when I worked remotely. The private bathroom had a great shower and drawer space available. I used the kitchen often (modern and updated), and Wonde offered me use of the microwave, oven, toaster, sink, and fridge, plus dishes if I needed. Washer and dryer are in the basement, but available to use (there is another tenant who lives there). Lovely neighborhood -- very safe and quiet. It's also within walking distance of the trails around Pinecrest Golf Course and trails of Mason District Park. I highly recommend this unit, and I would definitely stay here again!

A must stay

Wondwossen is so amazing, he was very attentive to all my needs (which are very minimal). As far as the unit, theres a private entrance at the back with a spacious backyard although I never really used it because I was there during fall/winter months. It was quiet, cozy and the neighborhood was very safe. Parking is by permit only. Living room was great with 75inch TV, thats where I stayed for the most part of my stay. Never had issues with wifi. Small kitchen in the unit to cook and bake meals. Washer and dryer was definitely a plus, you will share these with the owner and another tenant upstairs. Great size bedroom with a small walk in closet more than enough room for my clothes. Good size bathroom with glass door shower. Owner even cleans my space every now and then (with my permission). Tons of places to eat nearby (if you like Korean food, they are literally everywhere). Only 20mins from DC without traffic. I couldnt have asked for a better host. Id absolutely stay here again.
