Comfortable and clean

I have rented from Wendy for the past 6 months and she has been incredibly helpful and communicative. She definitely has this down to a science, knows what her tenants need and is accommodating. The unit was everything I needed in one spot: bed was comfortable, W/D right there with no issues and a backyard to park your car safely in the back with a gate. If you're a big TV watcher then you'll love the TV as well! You're essentially close to everything, so no long drives to any major hospitals or to shopping areas. Neighbors never bothered me but Wendy is also quick to ensure tenant safety and comfortability if anything arises. I would definitely recommend this place to any future tenants!

Wendy is the best hostess youll have. She provides everything youll need plus more. I never felt unsafe in this well-secured property. This mid-century modern house is cute and comfortable. Its easy access to interstate will get you anywhere you need to go with shopping nearby.

Hello everyone! I am a travel nurse and I was working at Presbyterian hospital downtown. Its like a 10 minute drive by high way or 15 by city streets. The rental has everything you need. There is a place in the back to park your vehicle to keep it safe. I had no issues with safety in this neighborhood. There are homeless people but they are everywhere in Albuquerque. The landlord is very nice and give you tons of space! She checks in maybe one a month just to make sure everything is going well. This would be a place I would come back too!

She Might Not Be Southern!

W was the sweetest lady to me from the very first phone call, to the day I went back to TX! Ive stayed all over the country and never had a landlord so accommodating no matter what the request was! Every inch of these 2 units are her own unique flare and she takes pride in the furniture she has drove states away just to give it her mid-century vibe! She takes your security very seriously and with her ALL around electronic system, even your vehicle is secure (As long as you don't drive a Tx size truck ) She may not be southern, but shes definitely got some southern charm!
