Quiet and safe area

I stayed in this cute rental for a couple of months. It has everything that I needed. Great shade trees, tucked away in the back of the property. It is a very safe neighborhood with easy access to shopping.

Nice spot

Little guest house, close to a grocery and restaurants. It's great to have any outdoor space to sit, so that was nice. A couple downsides were a bathroom door that doesn't provide much privacy but no problem for one person.

This was by far my favorite unit to stay in as a traveler. I was here for almost a year and would have stayed longer if I could. It has everything you need. Nice sized living room, TVs in living room and bedroom, large kitchen with the most counter space I've ever had, very comfy soft bed, large closet, and a large shower. Detached unit so it's very private. So close to everything including Trader Joes, Walmart, gyms, Vons, Target, all within ten minutes. The unit is in the best neighborhood. Very safe. I went on countless walks in the neighborhood after 9pm and never felt unsafe. L was the best landlord ever. She was super nice. You couldn't ask for a better landlord or place to stay in for your contract.

Perfect

The perfect place to stay. This little house had everything I needed as a traveler. A comfy bed, a great shower, modern kitchen and even a full size washer and dryer. It is also in a great and safe location. T and L are fantastic. I highly recommend this property.
