Stylish Luxury Studio on Restauant Row

Colby and John are such incredible landlords. The apartment is designed so cute, it literally feels like you're right at home while you're traveling. The location is so incredible and near to so many restaurants and hospitals and also right near downtown and lots of parks to walk your dogs! I had such a great stay here and would absolutely return and stay here if I'm ever back in Denver! Absolutely recommend staying here!

I had an excellent stay at this property in Denver! I am a digital nomad and stayed there for one month to check out the city. The host: C was a pleasure to communicate with. She always answered my questions quickly and was super clear with check in and check out instructions. The neighborhood: The Golden Triangle neighborhood was perfect for me! I could walk to parks, restaurants and coffee shops easily and always felt very safe. The space: The apartment was spacious, bright, and had absolutely everything I could have needed for my stay! I didn't have to buy anything at all! My favorite part was the balcony with mountain views. There was plenty of space for myself, my dog, and my cat to be comfortable. The garage parking spot was great. The building: The building has a coffee shop in the bottom which was fantastic! All of the neighbors and building staff I interacted with were friendly and there were lots of other dogs in the building for my dog to interact with.
