Basement unit

Amazing stay! This basement unit is much bigger than pictured and has everything you need. Karolyn is a very responsive landlord who occasionally checks in, but is not overbearing in the slightest. Very private, never ran into upstairs rentors. 10/10 would recommend.

Late but Sincere

This review comes late, as I was overwhelmingly busy and had honestly forgotten to post it. However, I have nothing but great things to say about Katey and her husband. They were very kind and accommodating. The house is beautiful and cozy. There was nothing I lacked essentially while living there. I was very happy there!!!

Everything You Need Is There and Available

My stay was shorter than expected, yet everything was in this house. The living area was super cozy comfortable, the kitchen was amazing. I love to cook my food and the pots and pans, crockpot, blender all utensils were supplied. It was a true gourmet experience. The bedroom was super comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. It is a good choice and super comfortable. A quick 5 minute drive to Unity Point Downtown. Walmart and HyVee super close. I highly recommend for travel RN's

Lovely Sioux City Home

I spent 3 months in this charming home. Everything that a traveler might need is available! The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of utensils and good quality pots, pans, and knives. The washer/dryer works great. I loved the neighborhood as well.

Great experience.

I stayed here while on contract St. Lukes and it was a great experience. The landlords are fantastic. If you need anything or have an issue they are available almost immediately. The house is great, clean and well maintained. There is a park right across the street and is within walking distance to the hospital. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property highly. You will not be disappointed.

Basement apartment

I stayed at this percent for one year working at St. Lukes. The landlords are phenomenal and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The off street parking in back is also a great benefit. The apartment has everything you need to live comfortably while at your assignment.

Home filled with charm

This home was absolutely perfect!! Walking distance to work, cafes, and a beautiful park. The neighbors made me feel like I had always lived there! Katie is an amazing Host!! She immediately answered our questions and was available to address any of our concerns. She stocked the home with necessary essentials to help us get ready for our stay. This was truly our home away from home!! Thank you, Katie, for everything !!

Beautiful cottage . Quite neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and again. Beds were so comfortable. Good place to stay!!

Cute House

This house was super cute and much larger than what the photos looked like. It's conveniently located down the street from the hospital and across from a beautiful park that we loved walking our dogs through. It's central location was amazing, as it was only a short 5 minute drive to downtown. The landlords are extremely friendly and very quick to respond with any issues or maintenance that was needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a charming place to stay!

Best in town

Loved my stay at this place. It immediately felt like home when I walked in. Plenty of space to share with another person. All 3 bedrooms decorated nice. Felt like I was on vacation. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Speaking of comfortable the queen bed was amazing. I slept like a full baby. Very convenient location to St. Lukes. Walked the 3 blocks most days. Neighborhood is transitional. Never felt unsafe. Walked to work when it was still dark. The hosts are friendly and ready to help if anything came up. Will definitely look them up if i am back in town.

Above ground basement partial apartment

I am a travel nurse and stayed here almost 2 months. You will never find better hosts! They truly care about every detail and want your life to be happy and comfortable! There is so much room in the kitchen, bedroom, and beautiful living room (with a fireplace)! Everything you can possibly need is already there. Their creativity in decorating is so much fun! I would definitely stay here again and give them a 5-star rating!

Home Away from Home

I traveled to Sioux City for work as a travel nurse, bringing my girlfriend, as well as our dog and cat. The owners were more than accommodating and made us feel at home, supplying us with all that we made need. The house is gorgeous with more than enough room for 2-4 people. Every bed is comfortable, plenty of closet space, and well heated during the winter. The kitchen provides all that you may need for any meal, bathroom amenities are hardly sparse and the owners are more than helpful with getting you anything you may need. I would highly recommend your stay here, your home away from home!

Little house in a house

I am a travel, nurse the stayed in this property for my current assignment at the Dune surgical center. I can honestly say this was an amazing experience and stay it is very safe and sound close to the hospital and the property owners are amazing and very attentive to your every need. I will give this property five star rating and look forward to staying here again if ever assigned here in South Dakota . J

Little House in the City

This house is so charming and has such character and is located across the street from a beautiful park where I was able to walk my dog. The park also held free music concerts on Sunday while I was there. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to downtown and all the local entertainment. It has a great shady, relaxing backyard with a quaint swing in one of the enormous old trees. The property owners have equipped the house with all amentities that could possibly be needed during a stay right down to needle and thread and batteries. They are exceptionally nice and very responsive to any requests. K was always quick to ask if I had everything I needed. I fully enjoyed my stay at this property and would book it again if I'm ever back that way. R

Very nice housing for a short term rental

Its a very nice apartment for just travel nurses or CNAs, super friendly landlady and family members!
