Location is everything!

My wife found this house on furnished finder back in May 2022. We traveled 2800 miles to get here, so we did a ton of research on the safest areas in Tacoma. This neighborhood is by far the safest! Id also like to mention that this property was sold recently and is now under great management. Our new landlord allowed us to stay after the sale without interruption. She was very accommodating during the whole transition process. We realize that the multiple five star reviews of this property, which steered us here in the first place, have disappeared due to it being under a new account, so we wanted to call attention to that. I cant stress enough about the great location of this property and wanted to share our experiences with whomever is looking to find housing in this area- you will not find better!

Amazing home!

My husband and I have stayed in the downstairs apartment of this home since May of 2022. The house is typical of the others in the area- craftsman, charming, and beautiful, and fully furnished with travel professionals in mind. We are about a 7 minute drive to the downtown hospitals like St Joes and Tacoma General. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing and we have felt very safe here- which is why I have extended my hospital contract several times. The location is everything! We are walking distance to grocery stores, post office, restaurants, etc. and the locals favorite- the Proctor farmers market on Saturdays. C has been very prompt and accommodating anytime we have needed to reach out, and has always been pleasant and friendly. You will love it here!
