My family of 3 stayed here for three months, and we would definitely stay again! Its an easy drive to SLUH since the place is literally right next to the highway. The house was clean, and we were provided all the essentials we needed in both the kitchen/bathroom. Never felt unsafe and the neighbors were nice. Any issues/questions we did have were always addressed right away.

A great stay in STL

Everything in both of these units is exactly as described. Parking right out in front of the home is always available. The places comes with a washer/dryer thats easily accessible in the basement. There are two bedrooms and 1 bath, smart TVs in each bedroom and living area. There is a fenced in backyard thats great for pets. The neighbors to the left and right frequently checked in to make sure everything was okay. I chose to stay here through two separate contracts with BJC. -Also, the hospital is only about 10-15 min away with traffic included.

I really enjoyed living at this property during the length of my contract. R was excellent to work with; absolutely welcoming. He was very responsive and professional to anything I may needed during my stay. The location was perfect and the neighbors were friendly as well. I would book with R again without any hesitation!

Can't say enough good things about this place

This place is so cozy & truly became my home away from home. R was amazing, always checking in to be sure I was okay, very quick to address & fix any issues I had. Neighborhood was sketchy at times due to people squatting in nearby houses. Overall isn't the best area, nor the worst, but I felt very safe with security cameras & door alarms. Landlord also works with PD. Both neighbors are great, know the neighborhood, & keep a good eye out. Brand new washer & dryer unit in the basement to share between the two units - I never had an issue of not being able to do my laundry when needed. Small fenced yard for the units to share, was perfect for my little dog. I was in unit B (bottom floor). There is no dishwasher. Brand new fridge but the water & ice machine attached to it do not work bc there is no water hookup in the wall. Ice trays are available, but plan to have bottled water or get a Britta. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here & definitely will come back if ever in STL again.

Wonderful place

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is very spacious, had everything one could need and the property owner was very easy to deal with. Great appliances, the washer & dryer and ac system were among my favorites. Wifi was perfect as well as the gas stove. The unit was clean and the neighbors were all very welcoming. Only downside was my project ending early and me having to leave. Would definitely recommend and stay if I return in the future.

Great stay!

Beautiful apartment that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My husband and I with our two small dogs were here from October thru mid April. The apartment was clean and comfortable and at no time did we feel unsafe during our stay. There was an alarm system for extra security and our neighbors were very friendly. There are two units and there were other travel nurses who rented the one next to ours. The owner is super nice and very responsive. We received 100% of our security deposit back so if you take care of the unit you will get your deposit back. I worked at Barnes Jewish Hospital which was only 15 minutes away (less if traffic is light). The apartment is also close to SLU hospital. Also, Wi-Fi in the apartment was great! Was taking an online class while there and never had a connection issue. If I were to return to Saint Louis I would definitely rent from him again. Thank you, sir, for making my stay in Saint Louis a comfortable one.
