Perfect stay for Yale Travelers

Great little apartment in a wooded area. Very nice and updated apartment space with everything I needed during my contract. Loved the outdoor private area as well. Great if you like the woods and nice area to walk around. Easy drive into New Haven and other areas. Owners were very kind and available if needed, very communicative as well and helpful with stay. Highly recommend staying at Maria's apartment if you are in the area!

Great Apartment

My husband and I stayed here while taking several contracts at Yale. The landlords were awesome, very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was cute, stocked with everything we needed. There was a lot space for clothes and storage as well. The neighborhood is great, its in the woods, with a lot of different trails nearby. The apartment is attached to the owners home but it feels very private. We would recommend and stay here again.

Awesome property

This is a beautiful apartment attached to the back side of the owners home. The living room kitchen area is full of windows so it is full of sunshine ( a big plus for me!!!). This property is located in a very safe area. The deck area is spacious, chairs are comfortable, you have your own grill for cooking out. The owners were very attentive to any needs I had. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Quiet cozy apartment in the woods

Secluded little spot outside of town about a 15-20 minute drive to Yale hospital. I saw deer almost every morning on my drive into work! Very charming. Everything was very clean when I arrived.

Outstanding!!!!!

Beautiful, quiet, well-maintained. Brand new as far as I could tell. Convenient to downtown with local supermarket and gym close by. Owners very easy to work with. Wish my contract lasted longer. Feel free to call me. D.
