I can't recommend this place enough! Davids place is beautiful and the perfect location to hospitals and downtown. He was always responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with any questions or maintenance needs. Im very grateful for the positive experience and would absolutely recommend renting his properties.

Travel Nurse Approved

Could not recommend this property enough. Best place I have stayed so far in my travel nurse career. Apartment is very clean and neighborhood felt safe. Love that the single car garage leads directly to the apartment. Owners are super friendly and responsive. Close to all hospitals in downtown Indy area!

Best place Ive stayed

This was the best place Ive stayed in thus far in my travel nurse career. The owners were friendly and responsive. The apartment itself had everything I needed to feel comfortable and safe. I loved being able to access the apartment directly from the single car garage. And the balcony added a unique touch. I appreciated the central heating/cooling and water softener system in place. Cleaning supplies and kitchenware were provided. 10/10 recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to call home while in Indy.

This cute carriage house was our home for 4 months when we first moved to Indianapolis. It was a great place for us to stay while searching for our forever home. The house is equipped with everything you might possibly need, the kitchen is fully stocked and very functional, as is the whole house. The landlords are very friendly and responsive to anything you might need. And our favorite part, was the great view of downtown, which you can enjoy from the balcony, while seating on the couch and even your bed! I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking for a great place to stay in downtown, we loved it!

Great Place!

Best place I couldve chosen. They supply anything youd need to move in to start living immediately. The apartment is great for everything it has and its location is perfect for anyone working in the big hospitals in the city. They always respond quickly to any issues you might have and will get things resolved immediately - not that I had very many issues with anything at all! Definitely stay here!
