Reality Check $800 for 2 nights

I rely on transparency. I normally don't drive on assignment. The miles indicated in the unit distance is 3.01 miles to DHMC. In reality it is almost 8 miles. 2nd issue was the house shaking multiple times in the day when the train passes by. I work nights. Got Inadequate rest. 3rd is walking in grass to get to the door. 4th was the room being hot in the day. Was advised it is cool at night to crack open window. AC unit in living room only. 5th the smell of mould i bathroom. Relayed most concerns to property manager received unbecoming responses. Was told I had committed to staying there and to have no expectations of getting refund until the unit was rented . She told me it is not her fault that furnished finder uses a map that indicates the mileage. l didn't know that 3 miles is actually 8. Two weeks was refunded $800 after suggesting legal actions. Her message was she will only refund $800 all communications will go through her attorney. As a travel nurse I felt victimized.

This apartment is in a fantastic location and offers plenty of space with two bedrooms, ample storage, full sized fridge, a living room with a TV, and your own parking spot. I stayed here through both the hot summer and cold winter, and the heat/AC worked perfectly. The hosts are incredibly kind and always available to assist with any needs. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Gracious Host

This property is centrally located to restaurants, shopping and transportation. Also, close proximity to VA Hospital and DHMC. Great host, extremely accommodating which made for an exceptional extended stay. Highly recommend!

Comfortable serene location

Beautiful secluded location near railroad tracks. Good sized kitchen with gas oven and full size refrigerator. Small bathroom but 2 bedrooms and a living room offering plenty of space. Good value.

Great location! J is the best landlord I have had! Very welcoming and makes you feel at home. Very responsive to any needs I had. Very understanding and down to earth. The place is very clean and spacious. Only 15 minutes to Dartmouth hospital. And in close proximity of shopping areas in west Lebanon. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
