Great Stay and Wonderful Host

I really enjoyed my stay at Marks property. The place was spotless, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Mark was always responsive and caring, and I truly appreciated his hospitality. Thank you for being such a great host

Cozy clean home in a safe and exciting neighborhood

Loved living here! My room and bed were very comfy and spacious, with a walk-in-closet (!). Fully functional shared bathroom (including blow dryer) and kitchen/ living spaces. M was an excellent host - any request would be met within a few minutes (for a space heater, mirror etc). He bought beautiful house plants for every room, which added a lovely touch. The house was always spotless, often smelled of baked goods M had made to share with us tenants. He allowed me to have a few friends over on many occasions to watch movies, play one of his many boardgames, or just chat over complimentary teas. The house is in a very quiet &safe neighborhood, walking distance from 39th, which has lots of amazing cafs, restaurants, bars, boutiques, book stores etc. I have rented 10 rooms in various US cities throughout my career, and this was by far the best and the greatest value.
