Great Basement Apartment!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for my stay. Driveway parking was a bonus! The area felt safe and had plenty of areas to walk my dog. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment and it was a short drive to downtown DC and into MD. Ms. Robbin was very friendly, responsive and helpful when needed. The price is a little higher but if it's within budget would definitely recommend. Overall, it was a great home away from home!

Perfect basement apartment

This apartment was perfect for my three month stay, equipped with everything I could need (kitchen tools/appliances, laundry accessories, cleaning supplies, etc) and plenty of space for me and my small dog. The owner is very communicative and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with the off street/driveway parking, while still being close to all of the more busy DC areas if you feel like venturing into the city. Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to the area. If I'm ever in DC for another contract, I will certainly be looking at this listing first to see if it's available!

BEAUTIFUL SPACE

Modern, clean, spacious, quiet, private, very well equipped basement apartment. The amazing landlord Robbin who lives above made this space feel like I was right at home. Has great attention to detail. Home situated on street corner and is in a residential neighborhood away from the busier city center but still close enough to it, about a 20 min drive away. Private parking is a great touch. If you are disabled or have any mobility issues the apartment may not be suited for you as it has a few stairs within the space as well as a tall clawfoot bathtub. A few features of the furniture and space were not as practical however the great quality and cleanliness made up for those things for me. Bring blackout curtains if u work night shift. Entrance around the back of the home can make deliveries a challenge at times. Robbin was very friendly, accomodating, respectful, attentive and responsive. Higher price point but worth the money. If within your budget, would highly recommend!
