Cozy Basement Apartment

Loved staying with N and S. It was very comfortable and felt like staying with family. I have a very shy kitty that also felt right at home. They have anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay. N has literally thought of EVERYTHING. I love to put scent booster in my laundry and the day we got there it was supplied to us. Also, they were very accommodating. If you need something, they would do everything to help. Very attentive to messages and communication. If you work overnights, they have blackout curtains in the main bedroom that gets the room SUPER dark. This apartment is also in a good area that is not far from the University of Utah Health Hospital and right around the corner from Saint Mark's Hospital. Privacy is highly respected here and is a safe space. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Very pet friendly!

This beautiful basement rental doesn't even feel like a basement. It's clean, tastefully decorated and N provides everything you need for cooking and cleaning. You enter through the garage and the door to the basement is right by the garage so it's essentially a private entrance. N is so pet friendly which is hard to find. She is friendly, kind, accommodating but also provides lots of privacy. She isn't a typical landlord- she has a loving, caring heart. The 2nd bedroom is great for guests, the fireplace is cozy, you feel safe & secure with the locked garage and gated community. The pictures are exactly what you get. Lots of storage! Backyard that's fenced in for your dogs. Great internet. Mins from shopping and dining, hospitals are all close by. My husband and I loved it here! We will be staying here again.
