great studio

I had such a great stay here! The location was perfect and I always felt completely safe. It was the ideal size for me and my dog, we especially loved the fenced-in yard. C was amazing and always responsive if I needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever return to the area.

Cute studio with plenty of space as well as a decent backyard for my large dog. Felt safe in this neighborhood and the neighbors were super friendly. Super close to hospitals and a great stay for traveling professionals!! Grateful for my time here.

Great studio Apartment

Great studio apartment! Had everything I needed for the 5 months I was there. C had great communication throughout and was very accommodating. Private driveway and parking was really nice and the best part was the private backyard if you are traveling with a pet. I always felt safe in and around the neighborhood when I walked my dog. Loved the studio itself, very cute and clean. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

This is a great rental. Newly renovated and very clean! C is a very reasonable landlord, willing to purchase anything you feel the property could use, and doesnt try to charge you for unnecessary things! I highly recommend this property if youre looking for a quiet neighborhood.

Property Review

This cozy studio is a great set up for travelers. The private entrance/driveway was very nice. All appliances worked well. Owners are responsive and kind. Main house can be heard through the walls occasionally but it was never disruptive. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe from my experience. Would recommend to a friend.
