Quiet 1-br apartment near the mountains with fully fenced-in private yard

Amazing Everything

I stayed at this mother-in-law unit long-term because it was so amazing. The views immediately outside of the home are incredible, with beautiful views of the mountains right at your doorstep. The access to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon is only 5-10 minutes away, which is great if you like to recreate outdoors. The freeway and grocery stores are also 5-10 min away, and as a student with a busy schedule, I found this place to be perfect to study while having everything accessible and easy to access. Being close to the freeway was nice for longer commutes. The landlords are very kind, lovely people who are quick to respond, helpful, communicative, and friendly! This unit shares a wall with the main house, and noise did not cross over. The only reason why I'm not staying longer is because I am moving to a new city or else I would've stayed longer. Overall, no complaints and honestly sad to leave! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great apartment close to the mountains

I stayed at this apartment for 5 months and it's all you could ask for. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious, and only 5 minutes from big cottonwood canyon and under 10 to little cottonwood canyon. The landlord is very responsive and the only issue I had (failure of dryer) was repaired extremely timely. If being close to the mountains is a priority, you will not find a more perfect apartment to rent.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. The neighborhood is very beautiful with great views of the mountains as soon as you step out! The landlord(s) are a very nice couple who live in the house thats attached to this apartment. (They even allowed me to use their carport to park my car, which wasnt part of the lease but theres plenty parking space otherwise also). The apartment is clean and cozy! Great stay, would recommend!
