Relaxing in Rancho Cordova
Greetings! With all the contracts Ive worked Ive very rarely write reviews! This one was a no brainer! This is the first time I was disappointed to leave! From first meeting Christy I found her engaging, approachable and sincerely interested in ensuring my stay there was pleasant, and enjoyable! And it was! The house is pretty much all you need. Having a bathroom to yourself is always a plus. Although the house seemed small Christy went out of her way to be quiet, to allow me to rest up for night shifts and I was told I never woke her up! Christy had her schedule and I had mine and when we were at the house together it was very pleasant. The house is located in the middle of a neighborhood with shopping on 3 sides and a major mall approximately 25 minutes. The location was perfect for me who commuted 20 minutes to the hospital! If you are in the area I heartily recommend this place! You wont be sorry

Excellent stay!
The room and personal bathroom were clean, private, and comfortable. C, the landlord, is very friendly, accommodating, and respects your privacy. I worked graveyards, and was never disturbed by noise. The room had light darkening curtains, and C kept the temperature comfortable during my stay. The location is near restaurants and grocery stores, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I highly recommend this location.

Home away from home
I really love my stay here. I felt right at home here. The room was clean and cozy. Having my own bath is always a plus. C, is a great host that makes you feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and close to shopping centers. If Im ever in this area again, I will definitely rent here again.

Cozy Stay
I really enjoyed my stay at C's house. C is a wonderful host and super friendly. She also respects your privacy and is very accommodating. The 55" smart TV is a huge plus as I enjoyed watching my shows while relaxing. I would highly recommend this cozy comfortable place!
