Quiet neighborhood, last house on dead end street and next to river(bring your fishing pole)..ita always quiet here,,someone's always sleeping..the rns tend to work,eat,sleep and go home on their days off.i pay all bills..guests need to bring their own linens and personal things,toiletries ..landlord lives on separate part of property..no pets or visitors, sry
