Self-Contained Private Apartment on James Island

Wonderful experience

Vanessa is so helpful and her rental had everything I needed. This is a perfect apartment for a traveling professional. The location was ideal for me during my stay. It was a short drive to both downtown and folly beach. The apartment was very clean. The bathroom, bedroom, and closets are very spacious. I felt very safe and comfortable there.

Vanessa has been a wonderful landlord during my assignment at MUSC. Shes incredibly kind and welcoming. Her place is spacious, comfortable, and truly feels like a home away from home. The neighborhood is nice and I felt very safe. The location is ideal, close to plenty of stores and just a short drive to Folly Beach. I highly recommend her home to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient stay!

Clinical stay

I stayed at Vanessa's property from March 10 to April 26 as a student physical therapist and had an excellent experience. The unit is attached to her home but offers plenty of privacy. It was clean, quiet, and exactly as listed-ideal for a mid-term stay. Vanessa was exceptionally kind and friendly, and going above and beyond when it came to hospitality. I highly recommend this rental to any traveling healthcare professional looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
